The depth of the window/glass/metal door you are installing should be less than 0.47" for easy screwing in of the 4 screws on one side.

Assemble instructions:

1. Draw outline on a paper board: Draw the cat door frame on a paper board and cut it out. Tools needed: pencil, ruler, electric saw, drill, screwdriver, double-sided tape.

2. Draw outline on the glass door: Use a pencil to draw around the edge of the cut paper on the glass door. Note: The average installation height is around 10-15 cm from the floor.

3. Drill 4 corners for holes: Use an electric drill to drill holes in the 4 corners.

4. Cut out a tunnel hole: Drill holes in the corners of the outline and cut out the tunnel hole with a saw.

5. Drill holes for screws: Mount the cat door on the door with double-sided tape and tighten the screws with a screwdriver on one side.

6. Done: Make sure the height of the glass/window/door you install the cat door on is 10-15 cm from the floor. If it's too high, your cat may not be able to reach the cat door.
